Medistore France proposes to its customers to subscribe to a maintenance agreement for pathology machines located in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Switzerland.
Our professional technicians are available to come to your premises to provide the following services:
- Preventive maintenance on site or in the workshop, of their various medical equipment
- Preventive maintenance of the devices, composed of control protocols, adjustments, replacement of spare parts. The maintenance is validated by the emission of a report of intervention
- Corrective maintenance after detection of a breakdown and intended to restore the medical device or equipment to a state that allows it to perform the required functions
- Follow-up of the equipment park, the commissioning and the reform of the devices
- Follow-up of the different maintenance contracts
In order to establish a quotation, all customers must send us a list of their equipment beforehand.
